As anyone who knows me might have guessed, I didn't get everything I wanted done yesterday.  But I DID get through almost all my surgery pre-test, so this morning I finished the last pediatrics chapter and now I've got time to go back over and re-learn what I just found out.

Did you know that carotid endarterectomy is the procedure of choice for an asymptomatic carotid atherosclerosis of greater than 60%?

... I do now, but I got confused by c) angioplasty with subsequent endarterectomy if it were to fail.

Such is my life.
